    Product Features

    Optimized Hydraulic Design

The pump uses optimized hydraulic models together with advanced manufacturing processes to improve operating performance and support longer service life.

    Reliable Mechanical Seal

The mechanical seal uses an alloy silicon carbide sealing face, while the auxiliary sealing ring is made from fluororubber. This configuration helps improve operating reliability and allows the pump to handle higher-temperature conveying conditions.

    Stainless Steel Wetted Components

The pump's flow-passage components are manufactured from stamped and welded 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel plates. This construction allows the pump to be used for mildly corrosive media.

    Compact and Lightweight Construction

The vertical configuration minimizes the required installation footprint. Its compact size and lightweight construction make handling and installation easier, while the design also contributes to lower operating noise and energy consumption.

    Pipeline-Compatible Connections

The pump inlet and outlet are positioned on the same horizontal line as the pump base. This configuration allows the pump to be installed directly within a pipeline system.

    Standard Motor

The use of a standard motor provides greater flexibility for users who need to configure the motor according to their specific application requirements.

    Applicable Media & Applications

The CDL/CDLF series can be used for conveying thin, clean, non-flammable and non-explosive liquids that do not contain solid particles or fibers.

    Typical media include:

    • Mineral water

    • Softened water

    • Pure water

    • Clear oil

    • Light chemical media

    • Other similar clean liquids

The stainless steel construction also allows applicable models to handle mildly corrosive media.
